Lady bowlers from Lithgow City won back the friendship gong from the Lithgow Workies on Tuesday, November 5.

The annual 'Gong Day' has been held every year since 1960 and is ongoing friendship between the two local bowling clubs.
Lithgow City's Gaye McGuirk said everyone had an enjoyable day and a great time as always.
"It's about recognising the friendship between two local clubs," she said.
The ladies also celebrated Melbourne Cup and had two teams travel to Portland to play district fours on the day.
