Unfortunately this meeting may have to be abandoned if some urgently needed track surface refurbishing isn’t completed in time.
The track will be completely torn up, sifted, screened and re-laid to make the surface safer for racing.
An upgrade of the grandstand seating, to prevent splinters, will also be carried out before the next race meeting for the comfort of spectators.
