The day, hosted at the Tarana Hotel by the new charity Tarana Fight for Farmers on September 15, aimed to raise funds to support the local farming community, which has been struggling in the dry.
Local Bruce Charlton braved the shave and lost his locks for the charity, raising $1500 single-handed.
Lifeline was present, speaking to people throughout the day, and there was plenty of live entertainment as the event kicked on into the night.
