He will represent his region at the Under 17s Cricket NSW State Challenge, to be held at Coffs Harbour from August 17.

Singh’s selection followed his appearance at the Bradman Cup competition. He was selected as part of the Country Sixes to take on another country team and two city teams at Campbelltown.
He certainly made his mark on the competition, taking 4/20 on day two and taking a total of five wickets over two games.
“It was a real boost to my confidence,” Singh said.
He has also had the opportunity to train with the NSW Blues, hitting up some former wearers of the baggy green for some handy bowling tips.
“I talked to Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon a bit,” he said.
Singh has been battling injury, with stress fractures and shin splints.
“I’m hoping to have a good carnival and a good start to the season for the year,” he said.
Singh was a relative late-comer to cricket, starting in the Under 9's.
He was a natural, which he joked was due to his heritage.
“I’m Indian, it runs in the blood,” he laughed.
For the last two years, he has been part of the St Pat’s Old Boys team.
He said he valued the opportunities that had been offered him to develop as a player.
“The pathways have improved,” he said.
“I feel like I’m lucky to be coming through now – the process is much simpler.”
His aspirations for a career on the pitch are high, but at the moment finishing school takes priority.
“I would love to wear the baggy green, for sure, but right now I’d like a baggy blue."
Singh also plays rugby league with the Lithgow Storm.
