Her garden Hartvale, is one of five floral attractions set to bring tourists to Little Hartley on November 13 and 14.
"People will be able to come and see our Spring garden with Flanders poppies, peony poppies, Californian and valerian poppies, lavender, roses and more.
"It's a profusion of colour, or a riot of colour as I like to call it," Ms Edwards said.
She said Hartvale is predominately a cottage garden with rustic buildings.
"We've got our little hothouse and our potager garden which is half flowers and half veggies which will be open for display," she said.
Ms Edwards said she would also be showcasing some Hartley businesses in what she described as a "mini fair" at Hartvale for the garden trail.
"I'm going to have Hartley Truffles selling their truffle salt and honey, Hartley Gourmet Bakes selling slices, custard and Portuguese tarts and I've got Doreen Peters who will be down the bottom with some other ladies doing a barbecue," she said.
"Doreen is raising money to restore the roof of the church in the old Hartley Historic Village."
"We'll have a coffee van on Saturday morning from the Tin Shed and I've got Floral by Nature who is a lovely florist that has a little flower farm over the other side of Hartley.
"She's going to be set up in the potager garden with all her bouquets of flowers, and she does the most incredible handmade soaps," Ms Edwards said.
She said there would be plenty to see and do and it was the perfect chance to do some Christmas shopping.
"My art studio will also be open and I've got blank cards in there, paintings and prints," she said.
Ms Edwards said if locals wanted a chance to visit the garden prior to the trail they could come on November 6 and 7.
"We'll have Hartley Gourmet Bakes here and we provide free tea and coffee if regional people wanted to come in a quieter time before the big weekend," she said.
She encouraged people to come and visit Hartvale and said there was lots of ideas for the "home gardener".
"I think gardening became extremely popular during COVID, if you went to a nursery they were running out of plants," she said.
"It's lovely to work with nature, gardening is a really beautiful thing to do. It's hard work especially when you've got a big one but it's nice when you get to showcase it," she said.
"When you see people smiling as they're walking around the garden it's really nice."
The Central Tablelands Garden Trail is a COVID safe event with QR check ins, sanitizing stations and social distancing. Guests are required to show proof of double vaccination at each garden.
