Molly Compton and Meleke Jenkins both walked away being the Most Valuable Player and the Players Player from their respective sports carnival.
Compton said her soccer team came eighth out of the 12 teams which was "better than last year", while Jenkins' basketball side came seventh out of the 12 teams.
"I think I played considerably good which is why I got MVP, I tried to help the team out in my position as centre back," Compton said.
The MVP award was decided by the coach while the players player was decided by players on the day.
"I think that since my team was really young and I was the oldest I had to really step up and lead them which was why I got the MVP award," Jenkins said.
It was a three day competition with girls from Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo competing together in Bankstown and Maitland.
Compton said all the games were pretty equal and none really stood out to her.
"I have played with most of the girls before in higher competitions so we all knew each other," she said.
"We had met before so I was happy to be playing with them."
She has been playing soccer since she was four-years-old and has been playing competitively in Bathurst for the past five years.
"I've liked it forever, and I've just played it so long that I would probably be lost without it," she said.
Jenkins has played basketball since she was nine and has also been playing in Bathurst for a few years now.

"If I need a break or am stressed, I can go and play basketball and having friends makes it more enjoyable," she said.
While this competition was probably the last time the girls will play their respective sports for the Lithgow High, they said they would continue to play outside of school.
Both girls wanted to thank their Mum and Dad for driving them to competitions throughout the years and for their continued support.
