The 2021 Centennial Coal Lithgow Golf Club Championships were concluded after being washed out with the club hailing a new champion after Damien Marjoram came from behind to claim the club's biggest prize.

Coming into the final round Marjoram was five behind but showing his consistency shot a round of 78 to pass Brock Egan who led for three rounds but save his worst round for many months to card a disappointing 85.
After a decade or so with the same names fighting it out for the coveted title Marjoram showed he can match it with the best and played some great golf over the past four rounds to win his first championship and have his name engraved on the coveted trophy.
He has been in good form all year and is still in a play off for the A grade gold medal with Paul Bosman in the coming weeks.
It has been a huge couple of days for Marjoram who with his wife Katie welcomed their first child into the world and a big congratulations goes out to them.
Marjoram amassed a four round total of 301 to pip Justin McCann by only one point with McCann on 302.The B grade title was also a nail biter with Graham Dean and Peter Hall jumping over early leader Kobe Hunter.
Dean edged out Hall scoring 333 to Hall's 334.
C grade saw Brad Preston take full advantage of the absence of runaway leader Leo Murnane who wasn't available for the final round after it was postponed from the previous week.
Preston took out the title with a score of 400 with the runner up being Michael Stafford on 416.In the handicap events the A grade results saw past club champion Max Nightingale finish on 296 nett with the runner up being Rob Hawes on 305.

In B grade, the winner was Dean Stafford on 287 nett from runner up Kobe Hunter on 356 nett.
It was a clear cut win in C grade to Graeme Osborne who was playing in his first championship finished with a score of 311 nett with Tom Jennings runner up on 356 nett.
The Vets champion (over 50 years of age) scratch went to Max Nightingale while the Vets handicap was won by Graham Dean.
The junior champion for 2021 was Tallan Egan.
Fourth round: The winner was Michael Saville on 69 nett from runner up Paul Stewart on 71 nett on a countback from Max Nightingale also on 71.
