That's who Vanguard Fitness owner and head coach Phil Evans says is welcome at his gym - including kids.
Evans has designed a 'Vanguard Kids' program to cover age groups from four to 12 year-olds.
The program is fun and inclusive for any ability level, Evans said.
"The aim is to improve basic movement patterns, coordination, accuracy, agility and develop the foundations of strength and stability."
"And from a development perspective every child builds confidence, learns how to move correctly and progresses fast," he said.
Evans said having spent a lot of time playing, coaching and around kids in sport, they were often categorised.
"Sports kids are either put into the naturally gifted basket or the left to struggle.
"I believe we all have the ability to be strong and coordinated which helps in all aspects of life," he said.
He said through Vanguard Kids he wants to address the issue of real health.
"From the foods we eat to getting enough sleep and especially mental heath and how we can build ourselves to become more resilient.
"Physical exercise and training are the foundation of making our bodies and brains stronger," Evans said.
Evans said he was excited to educate kids through play and fun, something adults also do at Vanguard.
"Vanguard was born to improve the lifestyles of those that want to commit to making themselves better. Ultimately it's only you that can make a change and we are here to support everyone in that endeavour," he said.
Evans encouraged kids to come along and train under coaches Kirra and Lachie next term.
"Our existing Vangaurd Kids are loving coming along and having a great time," he said.
Vanguard Kids runs for eight weeks during each school term. 8-12 year-olds classes are on Wednesdays from 3.30-4.15pm and 4-7 year-olds are on Thursdays from 3.30-4.15pm.
"At the moment we are at capacity for the term but if interest continues to grow we will add classes, we have holiday programs also coming up," Evans said.
