Despite our annual street festival being cancelled due to COVID-19, Lithgow residents still managed to get into the spooky spirit.
There were plenty of ghouls, zombies, prisoners and witches to be seen.

Residents also enjoyed the Halloween lolly run by the City and Country Ute Club, who ran a convoy of seven Utes from Portland to Lithgow, handing out lollies to those dressed up on Saturday, October 31.
