The 23 year-old is wanted in relation to domestic violence-related offences.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of medium build with black hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent Lithgow, Bathurst and the Blue Mountains areas.
Officers from Chifley Police District continue to conduct inquiries into his whereabouts and are urging anyone who may have information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Anyone who sees Benjamin is urged not to approach him but to instead call triple zero (000) immediately.
