Bradford Geyer, aged 49, was spoken to over the phone about 10am on Wednesday (15 July 2020), but failed to attend an appointment he had later that afternoon.
Officers from Central West, Central North and Barrier Police Districts have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts and hold concern for his welfare due to a medical condition that requires frequent treatment.

Bradford was last seen about 9am on Friday walking on the Barrier Highway, 40km past Hermidale towards Cobar.
He was wearing a black coat and black beanie.
Bradford is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of solid build, with a bald head, missing front tooth and a pierced ear.
Police have reason to believe the man could be travelling to Broken Hill.
He is considered to be extremely dangerous and the public is urged not to approach the man, instead to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
