Four people were treated by Lithgow paramedics on Friday afternoon, July 17 when they were involved in a three vehicle car crash.

All the patients had minor injuries, but according to an Ambulance NSW spokesperson two of the patients refused transport to the hospital against the advice of the paramedics.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 3pm on Friday, July 17.
Traffic is affected in both directions, and may be stopped intermittently during the salvaging of the vehicles and clean up of the road.
Residents are urged to reduce speed and exercise caution in the area.
