Member for Bathurst Paul Toole announced a total of $143,180 in funding on Friday, June 12.
The grant comes from the NSW Government's Stronger Country Community Fund (SCCF) to drive the Lithgow-based project.
The 'Youth Hub' will be a safe, modern and supervised space for young people.
"Young people can hang out, participate in PCYC activities, do their homework and have access to technology and games," Mr Toole said.
The hub will also be used by NSW Police Youth Case managers for crime prevention programs.
The canteen space within the hub will be revamped and used to deliver Job Ready Courses to help provide employment opportunities for the young people using it.
The project also includes replacement of a shade sail and soft fall area for the outdoor play equipment.

"The team at Lithgow PCYC do a great job for the local community, so it's fitting the NSW Government continues to support the work they do," Mr Toole said.
The Stronger Country Communities Fund is part of the NSW Government's $1.6 billion Regional Growth Fund that is employing local tradies, putting local suppliers to work and providing the right environment to operate regional businesses.
