The recall applies to bottles of Dairy Farmers 1L Full Cream white milk with a use-by date of 25/2/2020 and Dairy Farmers 3L Full Cream white milk with a use-by date of 24/2/2020.
A statement from Dairy Farmers' parent company Lion Dairy & Drinks (LDD) said the impacted products were manufactured at the company's Penrith dairy manufacturing site and have been distributed across NSW through Coles, Woolworths and IGA stores, and some independent outlets including milk bars, cafes and convenience stores.

LDD said the products were being recalled due to a risk of E. coli contamination but "there have been no consumer complaints to date".
"This is a food safety issue. As this may cause illness if the product is consumed, Lion Dairy & Drinks immediately moved to recall the products from market," the statement reads.
"... Lion Dairy & Drinks is committed to the highest standards of quality and safety and consumers and customers can be assured that we are undertaking a thorough investigation and will put in place steps to mitigate it happening again.
"This recall does not impact other Dairy Farmers dairy products made in NSW or in other states."
Anyone who finds the impacted products in their fridge should dispose of the product and call the Lion Dairy & Drinks consumer inquiries centre on 1800 677 852 for a full refund.
