This recent week the Wallerawang Sporties continued with their championships with several games. In the singles Daryl Archer was all business as he got an early jump on Peter Williams.

After going end for end it was 16 all after 20 ends. Williams showed some real form as he went to a 23-17 lead and then did enough to win 31-24.
In a game two against Mike McNamara, Kim Alexander took out the remaining ends to win 31-27.
Alexander backed up in the pairs as he and Steve Jackson took on Des Evans and Jack Whittaker and went on to win 23-14.

Jody Taggart showed his real form when he teamed up with Hans Braun to defeat Greg b Tilly and Dave Nunan 24-10.
Thursday bowls will be on again this week weather permitting. Social bowls are on on Saturday with names in by 12.30 for a 1 pm start.
