Although the rains are welcome, they did cause officials to close the course over the weekend and also the Lithgow Vets day on Monday.
They will now decide when those events set down for last Saturday will be played.
The last event to be played at the Lithgow course was last Wednesday, February 5 when a good field turned out for the nine hole event.
The winner was one of the club's keenest patrons Don Farnsworth who amassed a score of 26 points to take out the winning voucher.
Runner up on a countback was Tony Oldfield on 24 points, with third place going to Carlos Garibotto.

Vouchers cut out on 22 ocb.
Nearest to the pins went to Steve McCann and Glen Newton.
Golfers will be hoping for further rain to help with the growth of the fairways - but at night and not during the day.
