Lithgow Tidy Towns latest installation features 11 highly decorated bicycles by local artists.
The bikes were sourced from the Lithgow City Council garbage tip and the artists were given $30 each to cover decorating supplies.
Tidy Towns secretary Kathleen Compton said there was no theme and artists were free to do what they wanted to the bikes.

"We let them work out what they wanted to do and there is a range of colour, design and creativity," she said.
She said the bicycles were diverse, quirky, fun and relied heavily on waste materials.
The display will remain up for a few months until it's time to redecorate for ANZAC Day, according to Ms Compton.
"We'll leave it up for a few months and we hope it brings smiles to peoples faces especially with the awful drought and bushfires that surround us," she said.
