The Great Santa Hat Challenge is back for its fourth year in a row to capture the most people and animals wearing Santa hats in the one location.
Last year saw 53 iconic red hats bob about the Hartley Historic Village and this year, photographer Karen Edwards anticipated there would be more.
"Every year it gets bigger and better, I hope to see even more people this year bring down their dogs or resident horses, on leads of course," she said.
Karen said she loved the community feel of the day and how it was all inclusive.
"Everyone comes together for a few minutes of fun and for some people it marks their Christmas, it's a way to celebrate and be a part of something, in a gorgeous location," she said.
She also said she loved being able to capture the moment and give back.
"Hartley has given me so much and this is my way of giving back," she said.
People are invited to come down to the village on Sunday, December 8 and bring along their four-legged friends with a Santa hat.

"People can purchase something local, something handmade, something unique," Karen said.
Framed prints, 2020 Hartley Calendars and Christmas cards will be on sale in the cafe along with Wendy Ann Art and Kristen Howarth's artwork.
A portion of sales will go to the Cancer Council when Karen and her friend Margaret van Horen participate in the Mystery box Rally in August next year as team 'Wonder Women'. You can also donate here.
