Lithgow will again come alive with all things creepy and wonderful for the annual Halloween street fair on Saturday, October 26.
Around 14,000 people filled Main Street last year and according to Lithgow Tourism manager Simon Francis, this year will be even bigger.
"We expect the additional interest in Lithgow Halloween this year to translate into at least the same number as last year, if not even more - especially if the weather is kind," he said.
Mr Francis said crowds could expect to see more rides, market stalls and the addition of a spooky fun house.
"There will be a family friendly haunted house in the old Tease Hair Dressing building at the top end of Main Street.
"It will be a little creepy but pretty tame," he said.
The fun house will run from 3pm to 9pm with free entry.
Mr Francis said crowds could expect the return of the iconic 80s band The Cockroaches, after a successful performance at last year's event.

"They are back by popular demand after being very popular last year. The Old School Band who brought a large entourage with them from Sydney are also playing again, both on the Cook Street Stage," he said.
A little further up the street, Eskbank Stage will feature bands Madame Fatale, Blumesday, Hollow Point, St George Brass Band, Dingo Gringo and Vampire Cabaret.
The top end of Main Street will again be decorated by the Wild Women and a small stage in Pioneer Park will feature local acts organised and run by High Street Music, Lithgow.
The street parade will leave from Pioneer Park at 6pm followed by the welcoming ceremony at 6.30pm.
The Best Dressed competition will follow which can be entered by simply being seen by a judge and receiving a ticket. Categories include 12 under male and female, teen male and female, and adult male and female.
This year has also added the Lithgow Halloween Smartphone Film Competition in conjunction with partners SF3 Smartfone Flickfest.
The Film Competition awards will be held on Sunday, October 26 at the Lithgow Workies Showroom.
