He took out the title after a huge performance, which included setting a new NSW record distance in the shot put.
The Championships, held at Sydney Olympic Park from September 4-6, showcase the State's most talented athletes from NSW high schools.
Clues stood out with a haul of five medals during the competition.
His victory in the shot put was a memorable one, with a massive throw of 17.78m. It smashed the previous State record by more than 50cm.
As well as his gold in the shot put, Angus brought home the top prize in the 13 years javelin event.
In the discus, long jump and 4x100m boys relay, he finished in second place to take home silver.
Angus also made it to the 200m final where he finished in 5th place with a personal best time of 24.73 seconds.
Not bad for an athlete who concentrates on his throwing events.
