Lithgow Storm Junior Rugby League football club celebrated the end of a successful 2019 season on Wednesday, September 18.

Teams from U10s through to U16s celebrated their annual presentation night at the Lithgow Workies showroom, which was decorated in a sea of purple, black and orange.
U16s young gun Donny Peters took the honours of 2019 International Player of the Year, followed by Nate Green who was awarded 2019 Mod Player of the Year.
International Storm Trooper went to Ben Fraser and to Jai Spittles in the Mod League.
The Luke Williams Memorial Award for player with the most potential went to Zac Irwin while Hayden Rodham took the honours as Rookie of the Year. Tully Howell was awarded the Brian Morris president's award.
The International highest point scorer was Cooper Egan and the Mod League highest point scorer was Jordan Colby.
Life membership was awarded to Storm club president Peter Morris and Club Person of the Year went to Jonathan and Ashley Brown. Jonathan was recently nominated as a finalist for Community Sports Dad of the Year for 2019.

Donny Peters, Cooper Egan, Sam Lane, Oscar Gordon, Ben Fraser, Zane Harrington, Tyler West and Cooper Nunan were all recognised with medals for their service to local junior rugby league.
Bernie O'Regan, Kyan Campbell, Toby Campbell, Liam O'Regan, Archie Morris, Oliver Taylor, Eamyn Quinn and Bailey Brown were all recognised for their help throughout the season.
Storm secretary Katena Taylor said the 2019 season was a successful one for the club with the U16s finishing as undefeated minor premiers and the U14s also making it to the semi finals.
"It was a great season and also the 20th anniversary for the club," she said.
She also wanted to thank parents, sponsors, coaches and players for their commitment to the club.
