Registrations for the workshop at the Oberon RSL on Wednesday, September 4 from 5.30pm-7.30pm are still being accepted. The final Lithgow workshop is being held next week on Tuesday, September 10.
Landcare coordinator Richard Stephens said and there were still opportunities to join in upcoming events.
You can go along and have your say about Landcare in the Lithgow Oberon region. Light refreshments will be provided.
The community workshops are being conducted by the Lithgow Oberon Landcare Association to help to ensure our region is a better place to live both now and in the future.
In addition to the community workshops, you can have your say by completing a survey form. The survey will take only five to ten minutes to complete and can be done online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/73G3V2W or printed and posted out to you from http://www.haveyoursay.lithgow.com/download/703.
"Almost 50 community members have already completed a survey and said what their major Landcare issues are, provided some great ideas on how to tackle them and even provided a description of how they want Landcare to look like in the future," Mr Stephens said.
Remaining workshops will be held at Oberon RSL Club on Wednesday, September 4 from 5.30pm-7.30pm; Lithgow's Secret Creek Cafe on Tuesday, September 10 from 5.30pm-7.30pm.
