Coach of the premier league side Graeme Osborne said it had been a few years since the club has had four sides in the semi-finals.
"It's definitely a healthy position for the side to be in, especially since we get to host the semi, it really gives the club a boost," he said.
The Workies premier side will take on the Cowra Magpies, a tough match for both sides.
"Just look at our opposition, they got beat in the grand final last year so they are a top side as well," he said.
For his team, the main focus will be on completing sets and focusing on discipline.
"Our defence has been really good this year but we need to complete our sets if we hope to win," he said.
Lithgow and Cowra have faced each other twice, and playing at home proved to be the advantage.
"They beat us at Cowra and we beat them in Lithgow 42-30, so it is one all, but we will have the added advantage of playing on home soil for the semi," he said.
"It will also give our side a boost to see home fans and supporters in the stands."
Osborne said his side is just looking at playing some upbeat footy.
"We are looking at the officials to look for free flowing games, rather then stop, start, because that plays into the hands of our opponent," he said.
At this stage only Matt Swift will be out of the contest with a shoulder injury.
"He hurt his shoulder in last week's game but other than that everyone else should be available for selection," he said.
According to Osborne the side has already reviewed last week's game as well as had a field session.
"On Friday [August 23] we will go over a video of the Cowra side and pick out deficiencies we think the side has, before going out on the field, and getting ready for Sunday's match," he said.
Osborne said that this game was make or break.
"It is the main game of the weekend, no more second chances, so there is a higher focus on it," he said.
