A man has been refused bail to face weapons and property offences in Lithgow on Wednesday, August 7.

A search warrant was carried out in Lithgow on Tuesday, August 6, involving officers attached to Chifley Police District's Region Enforcement Squad, Chifley's Target Action Group and Criminal Group's Strike Force Raptor.
During the search of a Beynon Street property, police allege they located and seized three motorcycles, four trail bikes and three mountain bikes.
All were believed to be stolen.
A home-made electronic stun device, ammunition, a loaded 9mm pistol magazine, a shortened rifle, extendable baton, knuckledusters, zombie knife, slingshots and multiple knives and machetes were also seized.
A 27-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Lithgow Police Station where he was charged with possess prohibited weapon (x5), possess ammunition without holding license or permit, acquire prohibited firearm part no authority, possess unauthorised firearm, possess shortened firearm and goods suspected stolen on the premises (x2).
He was refused bail to appear before Lithgow Local Court on August 7.
