Cr Ring said residents can raise concerns about health provision by emailing clr.ring@lithgow.nsw.gov.au or clr.goodsell@lithgow.nsw.gov.au.
When the councillors were invited to meet with the Board, Cr Ring said he was able to raise concerns of residents with regard to standard of service. Cr Deanna Goodsell took the opportunity to raise the issue of the lack of adequate paediatric services, particularly for the most disadvantaged in the community.
Cr Ring said the Board and CEO of the Health District took on board the issues raised and invited Councillors to actively seek out the concerns and needs of residents in relation to health care in our community.
