The idea of the competition came after a set back in numbers, losing the U16s and all age men's teams in one hit a few years ago.
LDFA president Jeff Kemp said the ladies competition also continued to struggle with minimum players to get a game each week.
"Our U16s didn't have enough players so those kids dropped out and the men and ladies either went to Bathurst or stopped playing all together, it was really unfortunate," he said.
Kemp hoped to get more players back enjoying soccer in a social setting having fun, and with a reduced price to make it even more appealing.
"Fees will be half the price and we hope those who play will bring their friends and kids who can play to come, have a kick and a giggle," he said.
He said he wanted people to love the game again. The competition would be handy for parents who wanted to give soccer a go and also had kids playing, and to those who have missed having the opportunity to play.

"All I want to do is see people smiling and enjoying soccer," Kemp said. He hoped to have the competition started in the next couple of weeks and urged people aged 15 and over to register.
"There has been a lot of interest so we hope to run the two competitions, starting with a ladies and following with a men's if we get enough interest," he said.
Players who are already currently registered in another local competition will also be eligible to play in the social season.
"The fact it's a social season, Football NSW has allowed the opportunity for dual registration," Kemp said.
Games will be played on a smaller field, half of a full size field with 20 minute halves on a Saturday.
Registrations will be online and the club you play for will be able to provide you with a link.
