Mr Keeley was born in Lithgow in 1924 and Mr Williams was born in Orange.
These two ex-servicemen enlisted for the Australian Army in 1945 at just 18 years-old.
Mr Keeley served in WWII at Finschhafen in northern New Guinea, while Mr Williams served in Port Moresby.

Now aged 94, the two men have been attending Lithgow's Anzac Day services for 50 years together.
"We come to remember all our mates who didn't come home from War and to pay our respects for those who continue to serve," Mr Keeley said.
