St Pat's will have to be on alert for a Workies side desperate to hit back after a disappointing 24-10 opening round loss to Orange Hawks.
Workies were held scoreless for more than an hour by Hawks and in the process lost Tui Oloapu to an ankle injury.
That adds to an injury list at Lithgow which already includes Cody Godden and Lachie Piper.
Workies coach Graeme Osborne said, following Saturday's match, that he would be focusing on building combinations among his new recruits. There were improvements he would like to see following Saturday's match, including line speed.
"There are plenty of good signs there, we just need to tidy up our discipline with the ball," he said.
St Pat's will hope Mick Hawkings' charge through the middle of the field, which ignited the Saints offence during the second half of Sunday's game against Orange CYMS, will be a sign of things to come.
The Workies first division team will be looking for their second win of the season this weekend, after they showed their good form against the Orange Hawks at home.
The Under 18's will be on the hunt for their season's opening win, as will both the league tag and the under 18's league tag teams.
Under 18's league tag tips off at 9.15am, followed by women's league tag at 10am. Under 18's will kick off at 11am, followed by first division at 12.15pm and the premier league at 1.45pm.
