A six-year-old girl was airlifted from site with head injuries after a car roll over at approximately 3.30pm.
It is understood the crash was on the Sunny Corner Road near Portland.
NSW Police report there were four people in the car - a woman aged in her 30s and three children, two aged four and one aged six.
The six-year-old girl was taken to Westmead Children’s Hospital in a critical condition.
The woman and the two four-year-old girls were taken to Westmead Hospital and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead respectively.
Officers from the Crash Investigation Unit are conducting inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash, and are appealing for anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
