They were warmly welcomed by principal Ann Caro.
Over the coming weeks, the school plans to continue to support Year 7 students with their transition into high school by giving them plenty of opportunities to form new friendships, particularly through the Peer Support program.
Each student will be been given a Year 10 buddy group.

This program is full of challenges that encourage students to fully immerse themselves into school life and Year 7.
“They will be become the graduates of 2024, with six years to achieve their aspirations,” student adviser Annaliese Jones said.
The school’s first P&C meeting will be held on Monday, February 4 at 5pm in the hall foyer. All are welcome.
On Tuesday, February 12, the school will host a Year 7 welcome barbecue, for new families to meet key members of the LHS staff at 5.30pm.
