- Thursday, October 4: Table tennis tournament 12pm ($5)
- Friday, October 5: Laser tag from 6.30pm ($10)
- Monday, October 8: Soccer skills workshop 12pm ($10)
- Tuesday, October 9: Fitness boot camp 12pm ($5)
- Wednesday, October 10: Come and try parkour 12pm (free)
- Thursday, October 11: Plaster model workshop 12pm ($10)
- Friday, October 12: 60 second challenge ($5).

The PCYC vacation care program will also be running for school aged children throughout the school holidays. Details of events are available on the PCYC Facebook page. Spots are limited.
Library activities
Lithgow:
Wednesday, October 3: Teen movie screening (Ages 13+) 3pm-5pm. Bookings essential. Free.
Monday, October 8: Make your own mosaics on canvas at 10.30am. Aged 5+. Free.
Monday, October 10: Kids' movie screening, PG. Parents must stay with children for screening. Bookings are essential. Free.
Wallerawang:
Tuesday, October 2: Board games for ages 5+ from 2.30pm. Adult supervision required for children under 10. Free.
Tuesday, October 9: Origami workshop from 2.30pm. Ages 5+. Cost free.
Portland:
Wednesday, October 3: Board games for ages 5+ from 10.30am-12.30pm. Free.
Saturday, October 6: Create a collage. Ages 8+. Free.
Wednesday, October 10: Paper games from 10.30am-12.30pm. Ages 8+. Free.

Book fair
Don’t forget Lithgow Library’s giant book fair continues over the next week. Thousands of books have been sold for 50 cents each, but there are still thousands more.
Aboriginal bike safety workshop
Birrang will be conducting a Push Bike Safety Program in Lithgow at 12 Barton Street, Lithgow on Wednesday, October 10.
The workshop will run from 11am-1pm and will cover riding on the road safely and the correct fitting of helmets.
There will be bike mechanic on hand to assist with adjustments and repairs of pushbikes and all children who participate in the workshop will receive a drink bottle and safety helmet.
