Cooerwull Public School held a ‘fight for farmers’ day where the students were encouraged to dress up like a farmer or farm animal to raise money for drought relief.

On Friday, August 17 the students each donated a gold going for dressing up in mufti which went to the cause.
An assembly was held in the morning where students received school achievement awards and awards of excellence.

Kindergarten red and blue produced a performance of ‘Dingle Dangle Scarecrow’ and year five lilac created a video to entertain the audience.
Thomas and Emma Trevor-Jones received awards for outstanding results in the ICAS Science and Digital Technologies tests.
The school leaders received certificates for their contribution to school.
