Littleton woman Helen Mary Siely was also banned from driving for five years in Lithgow Local Court on January 17.
Police were called to Hartley on October 30 last year after a car was seen sitting in the middle of the road at the bottom of the Forty Bends hill at about 11.50pm.
The car moved off the road, heading south-east along the Great Western Highway and pulled up in front of Hartley Fresh.
Another driver, concerned about her condition, parked behind the car, boxing her in. Lithgow Local Court heard Siely still tried to move the car, scratching two of the neighbouring vehicles in the process.
She registered a blood alcohol level of 0.184.
Hinder police
A Lithgow woman was fined $400 for hindering police in Lithgow Local Court on January 10.
Brianne Perrin, 29, was charged after attempting to deny police entry to a home in which a man wanted for questioning over drugs discovered in a Katoomba home in November last year was hiding out.
Drink driving
A Portland woman was fined $1000 for drink driving in Lithgow Local Court on January 17.
Jasmine Lee-Anne Towers was pulled over for a random breath test in Wolgan Street, Portland, on January 5 this year. She was found to be driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.135, mid range.
Her licence was suspended on the spot.
Wallerawang man Beau Reginald Wade was also found guilty of drink driving on January 10. He was pulled over while driving in Cullen Street, Portland, at 9.10pm on November 24, 2018. He returned a blood alcohol level of 0.081.
He was fined $700 and was disqualified from driving for six months.
Failed to install interlock device
Bowenfels man Joshua James Deveigne, 25, was fined a total of $1500 for two counts of failing to install an interlock device on his vehicle in Lithgow Local Court on January 10.
The device prevents the driver from starting the car without a negative breath-test.
He was charged after being pulled over at Capertee on November 29 and again at Lithgow on December 8.
Assault
Samuel Miller, 28, was convicted of common assault in Lithgow Local Court on January 10 and fined $750.
Possession
Lithgow man Valentine James Wright, 31, was fined $300 for possession of a small amount of cannabis.
Patrick Meehan, 26, of Morts Estate was fined $350 for possessing 3 grams of cannabis.
Lithgow man Liam Wheeler, 25, was fined $350 for being in possession of 2.3 grams of cannabis.
Drive unlicenced
Wallerawang’s Nathan James Jones, 28, has been disqualified from driving for 12 month for driving without a licence. He was pulled over in Lithgow on December 4, 2018.
He has been placed on a 12 month Community Corrections Order.
