The man was caught by police while urinating in the bush next to his vehicle in the Lithgow McDonald’s car park at 7.30pm.
He was given a criminal infringement notice for his offensive behaviour.
Drug driving
A 26-year-old Bilpin man was arrested at 3.15am on Sunday, February 3 after he was stopped in a car on Cupro Street for a random breath test.
The random breath test came back negative but the driver admitted to having taken drugs previously.
The man was taken back to Lithgow Police station for blood and urine sampling and is awaiting results.
Drink driving
A 34-year-old Lithgow man was charged with mid-range PCA (prescribed concentration of alcohol) on Saturday, February 2 after he was stopped in a car for a random breath test on Methven Street at 10.35pm.
The driver failed the RBT and was taken to Lithgow Police station for further analysis. His licence was suspended an the man is to appear in Lithgow Local Court at a future date.

A car was stopped on Old Western Road at Rydal at 12.30am on Sunday, February 3 where a 63-year-old Rydal man was breath tested.
The driver failed the random breath test and was arrested and taken back to Lithgow Police station for analysis.
He was charged and received a court attendance notice for driving mid-range PCA, his licence was suspended and he is to appear in Lithgow Local Court at a later date.
Stolen car
A car was stolen from a Portland Lime Street address between the hours of 3pm on Saturday, February 2 and 9am Sunday, February 3.
The car is a 2002 silver Holden Astra sedan with the registration number BAJ-07Z.
