She took 2-1 off one over showing her skills as an all round player against the Western Australia Country side on Monday afternoon, January 8.
Van Veen is well known for her cricket success having previously been a part of a star studded NSW cricket side in the inaugural National Indigenous Cricket Championships and was voted Player of the Final in NSW’s win in 2015.
Van Veen was also part of history when she helped represent Australia's first all-Indigenous female cricket team in a 10 day cricket tour of India.
Van Veen is only one of two Western players to make up the NSW 14 girl squad.
The NSW side has won all their games thus far, defeating the Northern Territory and Western Australia Country in rounds one and three.
The grand final of the championships will be held on Friday February 13.
