All shapes and sizes of beanies were paired with formal wear as part of the Beanie Ball, organised by local real estate agent Christine Dodson.
Paul ‘Chief’ Harragon acted as compare as the Beanie Ball attendees paraded their creations for judging and there was much laughter as they strutted their stuff.
The night raised funds for the Mark Hughes Foundation, which was founded by the ex-NRL player after he suffered from brain cancer.
It is a cause close to organiser Ms Dodson’s heart after she lost her sister to brain cancer last year.
The night included an auction of a range of goods donated by business from across the region.
