Hello Happy Me was a brand developed by Miss Thompson just over a month ago because she wanted to get out and do something meaningful for others.
The 20-year-old has battled with depression, anxiety and PCOS and has struggled to accept herself which is why she wanted her products to focus on self love and self care.
"We have bath products including bath bombs, bath salts, sugar scrubs and coffee scrubs and I would love to expand the range to include candles and diffusers," Miss Thompson said.
All the products used are organic, natural and 100 per cent Australian ingredients.
Taylah's mother Kristy said that there are enough 'nasties' in the world without adding more into the products.
"Taylah is such a giving person, she will go out of her way to make you feel good and these products are a sign of that, who doesn't want to have a nice bath with candles to treat yourself?" Mrs Thompson said.
Miss Thompson makes all the products herself in her mums kitchen, which has turned into an 'office' of sorts for the young entrepreneur.
"It smells amazing though and we test all the products ourselves," she said.
According to Miss Thompson, the bath bomb takes the longest to make because it has to be moulded and they have to be cautious not to break it on the trays.
"So it could take up to a week because it has to dry out, but the bath salts are the quickest and probably only take an hour and a half," she said.
Miss Thompson designed all the labels herself and each product comes with an affirmations card and crystal baggie.
"Creating this range really picked her up, she has just become this new woman and the work she does is absolutely amazing," Mrs Thompson said.
This range isn't something that Miss Thompson created on a whim, but rather put a lot of time and effort into creating.
"I did a lot of research and I'm a pretty spontaneous buyer so I bought everything I needed to be able to do this, I was pretty broke afterwards," she joked.
"But I did look at everything and I researched others to see how they did it and what I could do to fix mine, there were some very long nights but we got there.
"We also come with disclaimers so if you are breast feeding you can't use this product for example."
There has been a lot of trial and error with the products including the scrapping of one product completely.
"It just crystallised too hard so we dropped that product, and the coffee scrubs took three to four tries to become perfect, same with the sugar scrubs," she said.
"We want it to be perfect before we package it."
Miss Thompson said she liked all the products but the lavender scent was probably her favourite because it was the most calming.
Mrs Thompson said she liked the coffee scrub because "you don't smell like coffee afterwards but coconut since there is coconut oil in the product that makes you feel really moisturised".
"We have an essential oil called Happy Place that smells amazing," Mrs Thompson said.
Miss Thompson said that self love was "the best thing ever".
"I'm someone that couldn't do that for a long time, but learning to love myself while struggling with depression has made a big difference," she said.
"Creating these uplifting and self love products played a big part in that, you deserve to treat yourself, because you matter more than anything else going on."
She said that with the products she wants to also shed awareness that you deserve to be loved and feel beautiful.
"All too often we overlook our own needs, so you can take one of these products and have a hot bath for even just 10 minutes and feel amazing," she said.
Mrs Thompson couldn't be more proud of her daughter.
"As her mother I've seen her changing and evolving on her journey, and that includes making others help realise how special they also are, she is incredible," she said.
Prices for the products will be as low as they can be, so for a fair size bath bomb it is only $2.50, while the highest is for the 750 gram bath salts which is $19.95.
They also have a Christmas range selling for $150 valued at $200 but in general the highest product is only around $20.
"Which I think is pretty good, I had to try and make it affordable but make sure that I wasn't losing out on money," Miss Thompson said.
The Hello Happy Me creator also had an inspiring message for anyone else going through a mental health battle.
"To anyone who wants to start something, just put your mind to it. I was in a really dark place, lost interest in a lot of things I used to enjoy when I was little," she said.
"But if you just get out of bed and keep fighting you can do it, there have been times where I wanted to give up and if it wasn't for Mum encouraging me and being there for me I wouldn't have done it, but I am so glad I did."
You will be able to purchase the products from her Facebook page Hello Happy Me and through Shopify here.
