All eastbound lanes of the Great Western Highway are closed at Blaxland due to a crash involving a truck and pedestrian at Layton Avenue.
Light vehicles travelling east can use Wilson Way and Layton Avenue as an alternative route, but NSW Transport Management Centre says there's no suitable diversion for eastbound heavy vehicles which should delay their journeys.
Bells Line of Road cannot be used as an alternative as it remains closed in both directions at Mount Tomah, due to a truck and car crash near Range Hill Road.
Emergency services and traffic crews are on site at both incidents.

The Bells Line of Road is closed in both directions after car and truck crash on Monday morning.
On the first day Greater Sydney residents can travel west to regional NSW, emergency services were called to Mount Tomah on the Blue Mountains at around 10.30am following reports of an accident on the Bells Line.
A truck and car are involved in the accident, with the truck believed to have rolled as a result of the collision.
A heavy vehicle tow truck has been called to the area.
Significant diversions are in place in the area, with Live Traffic urging motorists to avoid the area with lengthy delays expected for those making the trip east or west over the mountains.
Eastbound motorists are diverting at Bell via the Darling Causeway and Great Western Highway.
Westbound motorists are diverting at Richmond using Springwood Road, Hawkesbury Road and Great Western Highway.
Westbound motorists travelling between Sydney and Lithgow are advised to use the Great Western Highway.
