Authorities have opened one lane between Katoomba and Medlow Bath but there is a stop/slow in place so expect delays and drive to the conditions.
Mt Victoria to Hartley is now open but residents must proceed with caution.
Bells Line of Road has been closed in both directions between Bell and Chifley Road, Lithgow but there are diversions in place at the Great Western Highway and Darling Causeway.

The Great Western Highway is open between Lithgow and Bathurst however due to snow and ice the speed limit has been reduced to 60 kilometres per hour near Yetholme and residents are urged to use caution.
Yesterday, Lithgow City Council also advised the temporary road closures in the LGA due to snowfall and flooding over the causeways of the following roads;
- Sodwalls Road Causeway, Tarana
- Diamond Swamp Road Causeway
- Brays Lane Causeway, Wallerawang
- Portland- Sunny Corner Road (Garlands Hill)
