It was good to see B grade winner Farnsworth (14) back in form as he has missed a lot of golf due to health issues but now looks to be getting back to his best.
His score also saw him gain the B grade monthly medal.
It was a bitter day with temperatures down around the zero mark and the slick greens and biting winds made it all the more challenging.
For those that figured in the placings it was a great effort with the majority of the field struggling.
Once again the medals were sponsored by Henry's Plant and Equipment Hire.
Runner up in B grade was Carlos Garibotto (15) on 72 nett and the best B grade scratch score went to Grahame Dean on 84.
Dean also won the play off for last month's medal. In A grade, last week's winner Harry Bender (1) continued his purple patch when he counted out Steve Hall (1) when both finished with 73 netts and will play off next month for the June medal.
This was superb scoring with both registering a one over par 73 in the tough conditions.
Best scratch score was Dave Thompson (7) with 80.
