Emergency services were called after the young boy tripped on a log and sustained a head cut, after treatment on site he was flown to hospital for observation and was believed to be in a stable condition on arrival.

A man was also transported to Orange Hospital on Sunday afternoon after a single-vehicle accident in the Central West, he was believed to be in a stable condition but had reportedly suffered a head injury.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the single-vehicle accident, where a 20-year-old male's car had impacted a tree on Victorys Road, just south of Forbes at about 1.15pm on Sunday afternoon.
The man's condition was unconfirmed as of 8am on Monday morning.
