If you're heading to Tony Luchetti Showground this weekend for the 2021 Lithgow Show and wondering where to park or where to get your tickets, we've got you covered.
The Lithgow Mercury has put together a handy guide for everything you need to know about Show weekend.
Who, what, when, where?
The Lithgow Show is on Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20.
Gates open at Tony Luchetti Showground on Friday at 2pm and close at 10pm. The show will operate from 10am-10pm on Saturday.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets will be available at the turnstyle gates. Cash and eftpos will be accepted after checking in through either the QR code or providing a name and phone number as part of COVID-safe requirements.
The public are reminded to be mindful of social distancing. No alcohol or glass will be permitted in the showground.
Admission prices: Adult $15.00, Child $5.00, Pensioner $10.00, Children under 5 are free
Two day Family Pass $50.00: Family includes two adults and two Children
Where can I park?
Parking will be available on Watsford Oval across from JM Robson Aquatic Centre. Limited parking spots will be available near the pool and Basketball Stadium car parks.
What's the weather going to be like?
It looks like it's going to be a wet one this weekend so be sure to pull out the umbrellas, rain coats and gum boots.
Friday forecast: Cloudy with a high chance of showers. Daytime maximum temperatures between 17 and 23.
Saturday forecast: Cloudy with very high chance of showers and the chance of a thunderstorm. Rain and showers heavy at times. Daytime temperatures reaching between 14 and 16.
What's on at the show?
Friday schedule
2pm: Gates open.
Side Show Alley, rides, pavilion exhibits including wool, flowers, fruit, vegetables, photography, fine art and craft, cooking, needlework and school displays.
The Lithgow Show Animal Nursery proudly hosted by Lithgow High School.
Capertee Valley Helicopter Flights will host joy flights from 2pm til Sunset.
5pm: Farmers Challenge involving local high schools will take place in the main arena.
6pm: Aussie FMX Free Style Motorcross in the main arena.
6.30pm: Walter Whip, Western Stunts in the main arena.
7pm: Rural Fire Service (RFS) challenge. Local RFS teams compete in firefighting techniques. See them in action in the main arena.
8pm: Thunder and Hooves, Spectacular Medieval Act featuring heavy horses, fiery swords and arrows in the main arena.
Saturday schedule
10am: Gates open.
Side Show Alley, rides, pavilion exhibits including wool, flowers, fruit, vegetables, photography, fine art and craft, cooking, needlework and school displays.

Lithgow Show Machines Display and Demonstrations
Capertee Valley Helicopter Flights will host joy flights from 11am til sunset.
Roving Dinosaurs all day.
1.30pm: Local entertainment at the exterior Ppavilion wall.
2pm: Aussie FMX Free Style Motorcross in the main arena.
3pm: Machines Parade including tractors, trucks, cars and bikes in the main arena.
4pm: Aussie FMX Free Style Motorcross in the main arena.
4.30pm: Vocalist Shara Rose will perform in the main arena.
5pm: Walter Whip, Western Stunts in the main arena.
6pm: Aussie FMX Free Style Motorcross in the main arena.
6.30pm: Vocalist Shara Rose will perform in the main arena.
7.30pm: Thunder and Hooves, Spectacular Medieval Act featuring heavy horses, fiery swords and arrows in the main arena.
8.30pm: The grand finale will take place with Fireworks by Howard and Sons Pyrotechnics in the main arena.
Sunday
The Lithgow Show equestrian events will take place from 9am.
