Saturday's par event at the Lithgow Golf Club gave players a last chance to work on their game in preparation to next weekend's Centennial Coal 2021 Championships.

It was tough conditions with the for preferred lies to be on the fairways only which really tested those who found their ball in the rough.
The best round of the day came out of B grade with Brian Bourke (12) finding some good form to register a +4.
A happy Bourke made sure that it was well known that he really enjoyed a rare free breakfast that he won from his playing partner Justin Nelson.
Runner up to Bourke was Brian Giblett (16) on +2 with Pat Wall (12) returning the best B grade scratch score with 83.
In A grade, a dark horse for next week John Bird (7) held on after a great front nine to finish with a +2 with the runner up being Tallan Egan (6) on square.
Best scratch score went to defending club champion Andrew Burton (plus 1) with a score of 72. Burton will be again a hot favourite for this year's title.
In C grade, young Nathan Marshall (19) continues to improve each week and took the voucher with a score of +1.

Runner up for the second week in a row was Grahame Osborne (25) on square and the best scratch score went to Paul Bailey (19) on 91.
Nearest the pins went to Rob Hawes, Justin Nelson, Gary Keen, Michael Hunter and Lleyton Guest.
Vouchers went down to those with -1 and better and they were Paul Bosman, Blake Bender, Don Lovett, Rob Hawes, Travis Cameron, Max McCann, Ian Downey and Michael Hunter.
The club championships will be held over the next two weekends with a host of low markers all capable of pushing Burton for the coveted title.
Wednesday, March 3 nine hole competition winner was Harry Bender on 27 points with Les Barnes runner up on 21 and in third spot was John Griffiths on a countback on 20 points.
Vouchers went down to those with 17 points and better and they went to Glen Newton, Kevin Hughes, John Bird, Luke Bennett, Leo Murnane, Scott Hamment, Max Nightingale, Carlos Garibotto, Heath Egan, Geoff Dukes, Dave Warren, Al Mostyn and Dave Hicks.
Nearest to the pins were Harry Bender and Michael Bennett.
Friday, March 5 nine hole competition winner was Kev Casey with 25 points from runner up Lleyton Guest 23 points.
Vouchers went down to 21 points on a countback and went to Michael and Rod Bright, Steve Cutler and Max McCann.
Nearest to the pin was Brian Giblett.
