Crisp ground strokes by Pam Field combined well Debbie Edgell's unflappable determination for Rallies applied pressure to their opponents.
However a great combination of Sandy Cox's long rallies and Margaret Donachie's well placed shots for Sharks enabled their team to win 32-22.
Although Rosemary Rust's skill and grit and Robyn Patterson's clever passing shots for Volleys helped their team vying for vital shots, Aces were too strong on the day.
Tania Sharp's brilliant coverage of the court and Susan John's fierce competitiveness enabled them to win 42-22.
Due to the weather rounds two and three were cancelled.
It was a beautiful day to play round four of tennis with Aces versus Volleys and Rallies taking on Sharks.
Volleys enjoyed a great set win with well-placed serves and solid determination by team mates Lorraine Dowler and Cheryl Gillespie, however Aces slowly but surely won on the day.
Long rallies and defensive play by Val Henry and Liz Conroy enabled them to win 30-24.
Clever passing shots and brilliant net coverage by Kristy Gaudry and Lyn Lambert ensured Rallies 40-14 victory, despite good defensive play and endless stamina by Sharks' Leanne Morgan and Jenny Brown.
