With the recent rains there was no "run" which made the holes extremely long and the difficulty of course could be seen by the fact that vouchers went out to those with 77 and better.
There were those that played great golf to play under their handicap which was a great feat and although the rest struggled they still enjoyed the contest of playing the difficult conditions.
The winner of the A grade stroke and medal was Gary Wallace who has been taking advantage of playing weekly golf while his children's junior sport has been shut down.
Wallace returned a 70 nett to take the prizes while the runner up was Blake Bender on 71 nett.
Bill Oldfield continued to dominate the scratch event with a two under par 70 which is an amazing score considering the tough conditions.
In B grade, it was Bill's son Ben that took out the stoke and scratch events plus the grade medal. He carded an 70 nett and 80 off the stick.
Runner up was Brad Gordon on 72 nett.
