The Leura resident scored the division two prize of $5,000 a month for one year in the Set for Life draw.
The Lott said he is the second Set for Life division two winner since the launch of the new game changes on March 23.
An official from the Lott spoke to the winner this morning [Tuesday, March 31]. The man admitted while celebrations were limited in self-isolation, he will enjoy the next 12 months thanks to the monthly $5,000 prize.
"There really isn't much to do at the moment, but I am sure I can find something fun to do around the home," he said.
"While I can't leave the house, I do live in a lovely area, so I will sit outside, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the view this morning.
"I will save my prize until I can actually do something. Of course, I will share some with my family.
"But when we can finally go out again, that's when the fun can begin."
The man's winning 15-game entry was purchased at thelott.com.
Across the country, the New South Wales winner held the only entry that won the division two prize.
