Casey Robson and Ciara Bastow represented their respective towns as they competed against 18 other girls for the title.
The girls had a 15 minute interview with judges, Peter Gooch, Polyana Easey and Samantha Townsend before the girls, last years winners, the masters of ceremony and the coordinator of the day participated in a luncheon.
The girls then had the ball at The Great Hall at Tocal Agricultural College, where they had interviews on stage in front of 260 guests.
"Casey was fantastic and kept her cool in the 44 degree heat, she was a wonderful ambassador for Rydal and for young rural women," Rydal showgirl coordinator Margie Lowe said.

"It was such a fantastic opportunity to represent Lithgow and the amazing work of our community."
After all the girls had their interviews and dinner was served, it was announced that Merriwa Showgirl Lauren Eccles and Dunedoo's Hannah Yeo would be going to the The Land Sydney Royal Showgirl Competition where they will vie for the prestigious title.
