On Monday nights at 7pm the group has a round robin competition that people may be interested in.
While on Wednesday nights at 7pm they have a team competition that residents can join.
"It is a great healthy sport that can be played by all ages," Roy Barlow said.
The action all takes place at the Trade Union Hall in the lane next to the old Post Office, behind Waratah Dental at 27 Railway Parade in Lithgow.

The underdogs of the 2019 season, Charolais, became the champions of the Lithgow Table Tennis Association Summer Competition following an upset victory over Minor Premiers Loopers in the Grand Final.
