Club president Jan Hawken welcomed about 50 guests to the lunch in the Vale Hall on Mort Street, which was decorated to match the occasion.
Special guests included Bathurst MP Paul Toole, Lithgow Mayor Ray Thompson and Councillor Maree Statham while the musical interludes played by Erol Milliss kept everyone entertained with plenty of sing-a-longs.
MP Paul Toole said that the Vale Ladies had donated over $11,000 to groups around the Lithgow region.
"You work tirelessly throughout the year and you don't ask for any praise, but I think it's important that we acknowledge the work that you've done," he said.
Mayor Ray Thompson said the Vale Ladies were one of the gems of Lithgow.

"We really value them [the Vale Ladies], and I do appreciate the work you do for the community," he said.
Like any good Christmas party, Santa made an appearance to spread the festive cheer.
A dedicated group of ladies worked in the kitchen to serve up a scrumptious roast and salad, followed by trifle or Christmas pudding.
Many lucky door prizes were given out, as well as some lucky raffle winners.
