Patrick, Tess, Nina, Jack and Evie Sheather are Hollow Point.
The young rockers have been together for almost a year and are making their mark on the local music scene with recent gigs at Lithgow Halloween, Hartley Under the Stars and the Lithgow Blast.
Influenced by ACDC, KISS and Metallica to name a few, they love to get on stage and rock the crowd together.
"I like playing music and I got a three string cigar box guitar for my birthday and that's how it all started.
"Me, Tess and Nina played for Pat's 18th birthday and we played one song for him and then we just all got together," guitarist Jack said.
He said the fact they were all siblings made it even more fun. "It's challenging sometimes being siblings but sometimes easy because we don't have to travel far to practice," he said.
Lead singer Tess said being a family band had brought them closer together.
"We are really fortunate to have this many siblings and we all have our own instruments," she said.
She said the band were thankful for the opportunity to play at local functions.
"We've had a couple of gigs in the area and it's a great privilege for us and really exciting," she said.
She said performing at the Lithgow Blast was an awesome opportunity and it felt good to contribute to some drought relief.
"With the ongoing drought it's good to make a contribution and help support the people who are in drought and current bushfires," she said.
